Key Responsibilities: Maintain strong client relationships through emails, calls, and meetings. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams for seamless service delivery. Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. Implement and optimize CRM processes for improved business operations. Ensure CRM database accuracy for marketing and sales activities. Collaborate with departments to align CRM strategy with business goals. Track client interactions and maintain live opportunities in CRM. Develop and monitor key CRM metrics (retention, conversion rates, etc.). Extract and analyze CRM data to generate business insights. Support leadership with CRM-driven insights for customer onboarding. Assist in business development activities, including market research and pitch presentations. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate/Postgraduate from a reputed institute. Strong understanding of CRM tools and data methodologies. Experience in data extraction, analysis, and business intelligence. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and perform under pressure. Preferred Experience: 3-6 years in CRM operations, sales, or business development. Experience in sales CRM operations and data management. Prior experience in corporate greenery or interior landscaping is a plus. Exposure to digital sales enhancement initiatives is desirable.
