Key Responsibilities 1. Create and deliver omni-channel marketing activity across various CRM channels (including email, in-app and push) to drive growth of commercial KPIs 2. Create and implement multi-touchpoint journeys to support a personalized end to end customer lifetime experience that welcomes, nurtures yield from engagement and incentivizes renewal and upgrades of the membership 3. Plan and deliver channel growth strategies to grow opted-in volume and app downloads 4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver continuous improvement across all CRM channels in terms of performance benefit & innovation 5. Collaborate with Affiliate, Business Development, Data and Tech teams to deliver best in class omni-channel campaigns that deliver ROI for partners and product. Specific Duties and Activities 1. Plan, build, measure and optimize tactical activity to support product onboarding & renewal KPIs 2. Serve as the CRM lead across all brand partner accounts and attend meetings with key accounts where necessary to support with reporting feedback or provide recommendations 3. Drive continuous improvements in marketing and brand partner work management across CRM activity, to drive efficiencies in planning, selling and performance reporting 4. Deliver and support with all CRM related transactional and operational service requirements 5. Implement test and learn across all categories, KPIs and channels, building out a suite of scalable journeys, campaign plans and messages. 6. Provide recommendations on the data and mar-tech requirements needed to deliver improvement in CRM KPIs including tracking, data points, reporting, potential technology additions 7. Support the optimisation of key user / conversion journeys for membership engagement and liaise with Data colleagues to ensure integrity of tracking 8. Provide updates and support to the Engineering and Customer Success teams around any potential campaigns or activity that may impact their operational capacity 9. Stay up to date on key industry trends, new platforms and media formats to ensure that the media mix is optimized to drive performance yield. Qualifications and Experience Minimum Graduate with some Digital Marketing/Marketing qualification certification Candidate Profile 1. Minimum 5 years' experience in a CRM Marketing related role 2. (Ideally for an agency or publisher) 3. Minimum 5 years experience working with CRM Tools 4. (Ideally Iterable) 5. Strong experience building, managing and reporting on CRM marketing campaigns 6. Strong knowledge CRM channels & digital marketing 7. Strong knowledge of performance reporting 8. Strong knowledge of analytical platforms (i.e. Google Analytics) 9. Strong knowledge of work / scheduling management tools (e.g. Monday.com) 10. Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing & affiliate industry 11. Knowledge of digital marketing principles outside of CRM channels 12. Knowledge of UK discount & member benefit sectors 13. Good written and verbal communications skills, including spelling and grammar 14. Strong process skills 15. Excellent data-driven thinking and analytical skills 16. Excellent IT skills including a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. 17. Numerate and commercially aware 18. Excellent time management, organization and prioritization. 19. Resourceful with a can-do attitude 20. Resilient and enjoys change and challenges 21. Enjoys thinking critically and creatively to solve problems and identify opportunities 22.
