Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead Business Analyst with 12+ years of expertise in Salesforce platforms, business process analysis, and strategic implementations. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to define business requirements, design scalable solutions, and drive Salesforce adoption to optimize business operations. Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end business analysis process for Salesforce implementations and enhancements.Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from key stakeholders. Translate business needs into Salesforce solutions while ensuring scalability and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business users, to ensure successful Salesforce deployments.Define and optimize Salesforce workflows, automation, and integration strategies. Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing support.Manage stakeholder expectations and act as a bridge between business and technical teams.Conduct gap analysis, risk assessment, and impact analysis for proposed changes. Stay updated with Salesforce best practices, releases, and new features to continuously improve system efficiency.Required Qualifications: 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on Salesforce.Proven experience leading Salesforce implementation projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products. In-depth understanding of business processes and how they align with Salesforce capabilities. Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, reports, dashboards, and automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Apex triggers preferred).Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in an iterative development environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Business Analyst) are highly preferred. Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and APIs is a plus. Preferred Skills:Experience in enterprise-level CRM implementations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities. Knowledge of data migration, ETL tools, and data management best practices.
