Job Title: CRM Executive – Digital Marketing Agency Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (On-site) Experience: 1+ Years Preferred (Fresher with good communication skills may apply) Working Days: Monday to Saturday Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Bond: 1-Year Manda tory Job Overview: We are looking for a responsible and enthusiastic CRM Executive who can manage client communications, coordinate digital projects, and also dedicate 2 hours daily to sales calling for business development. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with doctors and healthcare clients in English and Hindi. Communicate with clients regarding website updates, SEO, and digital performance. Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles. Design creatives and promotional content using Canva. Handle client retention by building and maintaining strong relationships. Prepare performance reports and updates for clients. Make daily sales calls (2 hours minimum) to generate leads and support business growth. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi. Must be mature, responsible, and committed to long-term growth. Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Business Profile, and Canva. Ability to multi-task, manage client expectations, and deliver quality service. Eagerness to learn new skills and apply them practically. Prior experience in client coordination, digital marketing, or sales is a plus.
