Develop and execute CRM strategies across email, SMS, in-app messaging, and other channels. Manage CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.), ensuring data accuracy and campaign performance. Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align messaging and goals. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Analytics, or BI platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
