Job Title: CRM Auditor Company: Y Digital Company Industry: Beauty & Salon Location: Khar, Mumbai Job Type: Full-Time Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (9-hour shift) Weekly Off: Mondays Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month Job Overview: Y Digital Company is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible CRM Auditor to join our growing team in the beauty & salon industry. As a CRM Auditor, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the accuracy of customer relationship data and ensuring the CRM system is being used effectively by internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Audit CRM entries to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information. Identify and report inconsistencies or missing data in the CRM system. Provide feedback to the operations and sales teams for CRM improvements. Ensure CRM usage aligns with company protocols. Support the data team in preparing reports related to customer activity and performance. Coordinate with staff to collect, verify, and input data as required. Required Qualifications: Graduate from a recognized institution (any stream). Basic to intermediate English communication skills (spoken and written). Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of MS Excel, data entry, and internet usage. Preferred Attributes: Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and within a team. Prior experience in auditing, CRM management, or data entry is a plus (not mandatory). Interest in or familiarity with the beauty & salon industry is a bonus.
