Role & responsibilities 1 . Manage and update CRM system with client information 2. Track and analyze client interactions and data 3. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to drive growth, account team to get payment information 4. Regularly revert on clients mail 5. Call Handling, including difficult customers. Pivotal in designing a process to handle complaints while ensuring set Service Levels are being met 6. Coordination with customer and addressing their queries and providing solution through call/mail and meeting. Supporting the CRM Manager in tasks such as booking logins, BBA, TPA, PTM, collection, receipts, demand letters, possession & handover. Preferred candidate profile Minimum Requirements Graduate with 5+ years relevant experience in CRM with a renowned developer. Knowledge of consumer trends & trade practices. Can work independently. Should have proficiency in English written and spoken. Excellent knowledge of Excel and power point. Perks and benefits Salary - Competitive, based on experience Industry Type Real Estate only
