🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for a
CRM Administrator – Salesforce
to manage, optimize, and enhance our Salesforce environment to ensure it supports organizational goals effectively.You will play a key role in maintaining data integrity, enabling automation, supporting integrations, and ensuring the CRM delivers maximum value to sales, marketing, and customer success teams.This is a
hands-on technical and strategic role
that bridges business needs and platform functionality — ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of systems management, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration.
💼 Key Responsibilities
CRM Administration & Optimization
- Oversee day-to-day Salesforce operations, including user management, data accuracy, and performance monitoring.
- Configure fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, and automation to meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for performance tracking and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with CRM best practices, maintaining clean, structured data and process integrity.
Integration & Automation
- Manage CRM integrations with other business tools (marketing automation, support systems, analytics).
- Collaborate with internal tech teams to ensure smooth data flow across systems.
- Identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimization using Salesforce tools and connected apps.
Support & Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to understand evolving requirements.
- Provide technical support and training to users, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization.
- Collaborate with the CRM Associate Product Manager to plan improvements, system upgrades, and release rollouts.
Data Governance & Reporting
- Maintain data hygiene through regular audits, deduplication, and validation checks.
- Analyze CRM performance and user activity to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Develop documentation for CRM configurations, workflows, and integration points.

🎖️ Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years in Salesforce Administration or CRM Management roles.
- Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) preferred.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, Reports, Dashboards, and Flow Builder.
- Familiarity with CRM integrations, APIs, and automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of data management, security settings, and user permissions.
- Soft Skills: Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and training abilities.
⚒️ Technical Competencies
- Salesforce Expertise: Lightning UI, Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards.
- Data Tools: Advanced Google Sheets / Excel for data imports, exports, and analysis.
- Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with data connectors and middleware for third-party app integrations.
- Analytics: Proficiency in CRM data visualization and KPI tracking.
