Our Sales team is critical to ensure that our prospective users understand our product, the impact it can have on their careers and enable them to make the right decision. We are Hiring to expand our Sales Team. Key Responsibilities. Product Understanding. We will train you extensively on the market and consumer personas. You are expected to understand the various programs that we offer and map how they can help different consumer personas. Consultative Selling. Given the premium product, you are expected to follow a consultative sales approach for converting prospects into paid customers.
