Having experience in construction finance and wholesale lending in real estate and is able to independently appraise the prospectus in terms of credit, legal and technical aspects of the proposal.
Technology Exposure Required
Setting up monitoring recovery mechanism and tracking recoveries of customer month on month basis without any default. Maintaining asset quality with zero delinquency, overdue and NIL NPA.
Well versed with nuances and methods of appraising and documenting the cases for land owner receivables funding, JV development funding, society redevelopment funding, Land acquisition funding, Bridge funding, last mile funding, TDR & Approval cost funding, inventory funding etc.
