. Role & responsibilities Will be responsible to implement credit policies and processes at the branch or department level, conducting risk assessments and monitoring portfolio quality. You have to collaborate with internal teams to optimize credit processes and policies, providing leadership and support to branch credit officers and analysts. Additionally, Credit Managers play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements, while also identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within the credit department. Desired Candidate Profile : Proven work experience in Credit underwriting of Retail Asset Banking products, services and operations (preferably in private sector, HL & LAP/SME/Mortgages) Understanding of local business and micro economy
