Credit Card Sales Executive

Job Description

Actively promote and sell credit/debit card products to individuals and businesses. Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and networking. Educate customers on card features, benefits, and terms & conditions. Assist applicants with completing forms and submitting required documentation. Ensure KYC and other regulatory compliance during the application process. Follow up with clients to ensure card activation and proper usage. Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company. Provide after-sales service and resolve any customer issues or concerns. Maintain daily records of sales activities and submit reports as required.
