Position Overview: The Credit Card Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling credit card products to potential customers. This role involves identifying prospects, explaining product features, and guiding clients through the application process to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential customers through various channels, including tele-calling, corporate visits, and open market interactions. Product Promotion: Educate customers about the benefits, features, and eligibility criteria of different credit card offerings. Application Assistance: Guide customers in completing credit card applications accurately and ensure timely submission. Documentation: Ensure all required documentation is collected and processed in compliance with company policies. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Performance Tracking: Monitor individual sales performance and strive to meet or exceed monthly targets. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to provide relevant information. Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies related to credit card sales. Qualifications: Education: a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred. Experience: At least 6 months of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services sector. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to persuade and negotiate effectively. Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Compensation & Benefits: Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹18000 per month, with additional performance-based incentives. Benefits: Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and health insurance.
