Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals to generate sales opportunities for credit card products. Develop a deep understanding of credit card products offered by various banks,including features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and application processes. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand prospective clients & financial goals and recommend appropriate credit card solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients through effective communication, personalized service, and timely follow-up. Manage sales pipeline effectively, maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects and clients in CRM systems, and track progress towards sales targets. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to position our credit card products advantageously. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Service, and Bank Partnerships teams to coordinate efforts, resolve client inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.
