Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Credit Bureau Coordinator located in Coimbatore. The Credit Bureau Coordinator will be responsible for managing credit data, analyzing credit information, and updating with the major credit bureaus, including CRIF HighMark, Equifax, and CIBIL. You will ensure that the information provided to these credit bureaus is accurate, complete, and in compliance with industry regulations. Daily tasks include liaising with credit bureaus and communicating with customers to resolve credit-related inquiries and issues promptly. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in credit reporting or financial data management. Understanding of the credit industry and related financial products. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools. Strong Analytical Skills Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Attention to detail and accuracy in handling credit data Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience with credit reporting systems, particularly CRIF HighMark, Equifax, and CIBIL, is a plus. Familiarity with data entry, data management, and database software is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Update and maintain customer credit data with CRIF HighMark, Equifax, and CIBIL in a timely and accurate manner. Communicate with credit bureau teams to update customer data, ensuring that all information submitted is accurate and reflects the most current details. Monitor and review customer credit reports to ensure correctness of data, resolving discrepancies when necessary. Communicate with internal teams to gather and verify relevant customer information for submission to the credit bureaus.
