Credit Analyst - Night Shift

Skills Required:

• Experience in credit assessment, finance, or underwriting, preferably within a digital lending environment.
• Knowledge of Canadian financial regulations, lending rules, and credit risk assessment methodologies.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Professional, Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Fluent English is essential; preference for candidates familiar with Canadian financial terminology.

Job Description:

• Review borrower applications, financial documents, and credit reports to determine loan eligibility.
• Maintain accurate records of credit assessments, decisions, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Canadian lending regulations, and privacy laws.
• Collaborate with lending specialists and compliance teams to resolve application discrepancies.
• Monitor loan application trends, credit performance and help convince borrowers to move to the next stage of application.
• Escalate high-risk applications or potential fraud cases for further investigation.
• Contribute to the development of credit policies, risk models, and underwriting procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
