Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage credentialing process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate processing of applications. Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to resolve issues related to provider data management. Conduct thorough verification and validation of provider information through phone calls, emails, or online portals. Identify and address discrepancies in provider data records, working closely with internal teams to resolve them promptly. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with providers, including application status updates.
