- Identify and onboard suitable creators aligned with the brands goals.
- Drive creator conversions through consistent communication and follow-ups.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new creators and assist them with any queries
or challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign requirements are clearly communicated to
creators.
- Communicate with Creators with patience and a creator-friendly approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of influencer marketing and social media ecosystems.
- Strong ability to connect and engage with creators.
- Patience and empathy while handling creator interactions and challenges.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to provide timely solutions.
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
