Role Overview

• Position: Creative Writers and Evaluation Tutors Contract, Remote
• Commitment: 2040 hours per week, ongoing
• Mission: Support research projects with a leading AI lab. Evaluate responses for effectiveness, naturalness, and appeal.
  

Responsibilities

• Contribute to ongoing data campaigns in Creative Writing, Companionship, and Presentation
• Apply judgment and critical thinking to evaluate responses
• Assess creativity, originality, and narrative flow in content
• Recognize emotional intelligence and empathy in responses
• Evaluate clarity, structure, and polish of presentations
  

Requirements / Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications

• Broad knowledge and skills across multiple areas
• High proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills and responsiveness
• Attention to detail and consistent judgment
• Reliability and ability to manage deadlines independently
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in fiction, poetry, screenwriting, or narrative development
• Experience producing original content like speeches or dialogues
• Capacity to recognize emotional intelligence in interactions
• Ability to evaluate clarity and structure in presentations
• Familiarity with persuasive, professional, or educational communication styles
