Job Responsibilities- Researching industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies) responsible for planning, organizing, and executing content projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives. tackling content-related challenges, making data-driven decisions, and optimizing content performance based on insights. Collaborating with teams across departments to gather insights, align content strategies, and ensure cohesive brand messaging. Driving continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for innovation, optimizing content workflows, and experimenting with new content formats. Engaging in technical content creation, developing client-specific content, or handling customer communications to address inquiries and feedback.
