Job Type: Full-Time Summary: The Creative Technology Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing creative technical solutions to optimize marketing and content production processes. This role focuses on utilizing AI tools and technologies to automate workflows, efficiently manage creative content, and support marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities AI Tool Implementation: Research and implement various AI tools to optimize content creation workflows and achieve measurable KPI targets Content Management: Efficiently manage content creation and distribution processes Marketing Support: Support global marketing activities through SEO strategy development, company tech blog management, and SaaS marketing initiative support Team Collaboration: Work with the creative engineering team to provide technical support and achieve creative project goals Data Analysis: Analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies and support data-driven decision making Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience developing and implementing creative technology solutions Deep understanding and quick adoption ability of AI tools and technologies Knowledge of global digital marketing strategies (SEO, content marketing, social media, etc.) Strong project management skills and attention to detail Multimedia content development capabilities Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies Excellent English communication skills; additional languages preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience building with Make, n8n, CompyUI, and Github open source tools Master's degree in a related field Experience working in technology or SaaS companies Experience applying new technologies to creative processes Webinar and virtual event production experience Background knowledge of UI/UX design principles Portfolio demonstrating innovative creative solutions Experience collaborating with cross-cultural teams in a global environment Relevant marketing or design certifications Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems Ability to stay current with industry trends and implement innovative approaches Understanding of development knowledge Experience managing multiple content channels and developing content strategies Why Join Us: Work on exciting and visually stunning projects.
