Job description Role Summary The Creative Strategy Intern bridges the gap between strategy and creative execution. They assist in researching target audiences, analyzing trends, brainstorming campaign concepts, and supporting presentations or pitches. Key Responsibilities Conduct market and audience research to inform creative briefs. Help develop campaign strategies and messaging frameworks. Assist in ideating and brainstorming creative concepts with the team. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists. Create decks and presentations for internal and client use. Track performance and gather insights from past campaigns. Skills Required Strong interest in branding, advertising, and storytelling. Analytical mindset with creative flair. Basic knowledge of marketing funnels and consumer behavior. Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, Canva, Figma, or Google Slides. Good communication and presentation skills. Ideal For Students or recent grads in marketing, communication, advertising, or design. Individuals looking to break into brand strategy or creative direction roles. Candidates must have: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with excellent attention to detail 60%+ marks in Mathematics in 10th standard Proficiency in spoken and written English, Hindi and Marathi Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets. Other details Duration:4 Months Stipend: 10,000/Month Location: Baner, Pune (Work from Office) Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Working Days: 5 days a week (Saturday & Sunday are off) Part time is not allowed.
