What would you do? experience in creative operations or project management.
Excellent understanding of creative workflows for print, digital, motion, and social.Proficient in project tracking tools (Workfront, JIRA, MS Projects, etc.).Strong stakeholder and resource coordination skills.Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite file types, creative briefing, and visual QA.Ability to work cross-functionally with both creative and technical teams.Experience managing global stakeholders and cross-functional delivery environments.Understanding of brand guidelines, campaign timelines, and digital marketing outputs.Comfortable leading status updates, creative reviews, and governance calls.Balances creative feedback with operational feasibilityDevelops working relationships with peers, team members and other stakeholders to develop better solutionsSuggests innovative and more effective ways to address issues and challenges and accomplish team tasks to overcome obstacleApplies learnings and best practices from previous projects/processes for efficiencies in existing methods and processesApplies prior experiences to analyze an issue and applies best practices to solve themSeeks to maximize revenues and minimize costs on projectsMaintains positive and professional work relationships with others in the team, create a team work environment and support others on their assignmentsEnables team members to create clear goals and helps them prioritize tasksSets expectations on goals to ensure individuals target high performance outcomesUnderstands learning styles for improving knowledge and skills in self and othersRegularly monitors and tracks performance against targetsProvides support to team members in areas of expertiseIs able to control emotions in a difficult situationIs open-minded and demonstrates flexibility and optimism in adapting to change
