As a Senior Creative Producer- Social Video at Pinkvilla, you will play a crucial role in leading the ideation, scripting, and production of engaging video content across Pinkvilla's social platforms. Your strong creative instincts, digital-first storytelling skills, and hands-on production experience will be essential in delivering content that resonates with diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualize & Produce: Develop original video concepts and scripts tailored for Pinkvilla's digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand tone, audience interests, and platform-specific formats. - End-to-End Production: Oversee all aspects of video creation from ideation, research, scripting, storyboarding to on-ground production, and post-production. - Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with editorial, creative, and social media teams to plan and execute a content calendar aligned with current trends and platform insights. - Post-Production Supervision: Partner with video editors to guide the editing process, ensuring strong storytelling, quality output, and brand consistency. - Platform Optimization: Monitor performance analytics across platforms; use insights to refine content strategy, enhance engagement, and optimize titles, thumbnails, captions, and tags for maximum reach. - Trendspotting & Innovation: Stay updated on evolving digital trends, emerging content formats, and platform updates; proactively introduce new ideas to keep Pinkvilla's content fresh and relevant. - Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of creative producers, editors, and interns to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and consistent creative output. - Promotional Planning: Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to design platform-specific promotional and distribution strategies for every video. - Audience Understanding: Conduct audience and competitor analysis to gauge viewer behavior and identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in Media, Communications, Film, or a related field. - Minimum 6 years of experience in digital content production, preferably for entertainment or lifestyle platforms. - Strong scripting, storytelling, and production skills tailored for short-form and long-form digital content. - Proven experience in leading and managing creative teams, overseeing multiple projects, and ensuring high production standards. - Deep understanding of social media ecosystems YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, and Facebook including algorithms, analytics, and audience engagement practices. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and closely work with production teams end-to-end. - Excellent creative judgment with an eye for detail, pacing, and visual quality. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Passion for entertainment, pop culture, and digital media trends.,
