Job Description

We are seeking a Creative Manager to oversee and drive the artistic vision of our film projects. This role requires a blend of creative storytelling, production management, and leadership skills to ensure that films are visually compelling, emotionally engaging, and aligned with the productions creative goals. The ideal candidate has experience in film development, script analysis, visual aesthetics, and collaboration with directors, writers, and production teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop and oversee the creative vision for film projects from concept to final production. Collaborate with directors, producers, screenwriters, and designers to refine narratives and visual storytelling. Manage the creative aspects of pre-production, including storyboarding, concept development, and artistic direction. Ensure that visual styles, tone, and themes align with the film’s creative objectives. Work closely with cinematographers, production designers, and editors to maintain creative consistency. Supervise casting, location scouting, and set design to fit the film’s artistic direction. Provide feedback and guidance on scripts, mood boards, and production aesthetics. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and emerging creative techniques in film. Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure promotional materials reflect the film’s artistic identity. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in film production, creative direction, or visual storytelling. Strong understanding of cinematography, script development, and post-production processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate abstract ideas into compelling visual narratives. Proficiency in film editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve) is a plus. Experience working in a fast-paced production environment with tight deadlines. Preferred Experience: Previous work in film studios, independent productions, or creative agencies. A strong portfolio of past film or media projects. Knowledge of emerging filmmaking techniques and digital trends.
