Creative Manager - 0129 - Mumbai

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and communicate a clear creative vision for projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Lead and inspire a team of designers, writers, and other creatives, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth and development.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of creative projects, from conception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including account managers, strategists, and clients, to understand project requirements and ensure creative solutions meet business objectives.
• Generate ideas and concepts for campaigns, branding initiatives, digital experiences, and other creative projects, ensuring they are innovative, engaging, and on brief.
• Review and provide feedback on creative work to ensure it meets quality standards, brand guidelines, and client expectations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices to inform and inspire the development of new ideas and approaches.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of creative campaigns and initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in design, advertising, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in a creative leadership role, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects across various mediums and industries.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
• Expertise in creative software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and project management platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment, building strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
