The ideal candidate will drive growth through innovative marketing strategies tailored to the Indian market. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and execute video ad campaigns for performance marketing in Hindi Leverage AI tools to enhance creative processes and campaign efficiency Analyze performance data to guide creative decisions and optimize campaigns Create compelling content that resonates with Hindi-speaking audiences in India Collaborate with content teams to promote diverse audio content, including fiction and non-fiction titles Stay updated on trends in Indian pop culture and entertainment Requirements: 6-9 years of experience in content marketing or related field, with focus on Hindi-language content Preferred from Love & Romance Genre Proven success in writing and producing effective video ad campaigns for Indian audiences Proficiency with AI tools for content creation and marketing Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and market trends Deep understanding of Indian consumer preferences in longform entertainment Extensive knowledge of Hindi literature, storytelling traditions, and contemporary content Fluency in Hindi and English (written and spoken) Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Hindi Literature, or related field (preferred) Additional Qualifications: Experience with regional language content marketing is a plus Familiarity with Indian digital media landscape and audio streaming market
