Job Description You will be joining VISHNUSPIRE LLP, a dynamic creative and branding agency based in Bhimavaram. Your role as a Creative Head will involve overseeing the development and execution of creative strategies to drive branding projects and align creative output with organizational goals. Your responsibilities will include guiding graphic design efforts, generating innovative ideas, and supervising a creative team to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. Key Responsibilities - Develop and direct creative strategies and design concepts across multiple projects. - Lead branding and design initiatives from concept to completion. - Manage and mentor a creative team to uphold consistent quality and innovation. - Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to meet business objectives. - Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and technologies. - Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs. Qualifications - Expertise in Creative Direction, Creative Strategy, and Branding. - Strong Team Management and leadership skills. - Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. - Experience in managing cross-functional teams and creative projects. - Prior experience in a leadership role within a creative or design-driven organization is a plus.
