Job Summary: We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable Creative Designer to join our growing team. This individual will work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to create visually captivating designs that elevate the brands presence and ensure a seamless experience across all digital and print platforms. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize, design, and execute visually engaging materials, including but not limited to websites, landing pages, social media assets, print materials, presentations, and advertisements. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, branding, and development) to ensure the design aligns with the overall brand identity and strategy. Create and maintain consistent branding across all projects to ensure a cohesive look and feel. Design assets for digital platforms, including banners, icons, email templates, and social media content. Prepare design files for both print and digital production while ensuring they meet technical specifications. Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for campaigns and new product launches. Stay up-to-date with current design trends, software, and techniques to keep designs fresh and innovative. Revise and iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders. Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and enhance the user experience. Required Qualifications: Proven experience as a Creative Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or other relevant software. A solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. Experience in creating designs for both digital and print media. Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas from concept to final design. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment. Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first design principles. Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus.
