Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing designs for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and print materials.
Develop fresh, innovative concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
Design graphics using
Canva
,
Adobe Photoshop
, and other relevant tools.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver creative solutions.
Ensure all designs meet quality standards and project timelines.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
Provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers (if applicable).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum
6 years of experience
as a Creative Designer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in
Canva
and
Adobe Photoshop
(knowledge of Illustrator is a plus).
Excellent sense of layout, typography, and color theory.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design skills.
Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into visual concepts.
Attention to detail with strong time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in motion graphics or video editing.
Knowledge of branding and UI/UX basics
Ability to handle high-volume design requests efficiently.
