Role Description We’re looking for a Creative Director who is not just a creative thinker but a strategic mind — someone who can conceptualize and strategize robust 360° campaigns, design visually appealing creatives across mediums, and direct high-quality shoots and films to bring brand narratives to life. Key Responsibilities: Strategize and develop creative campaigns aligned with brand goals, audience insights, and market trends. Lead the creative vision across digital, print, film, and experiential projects. Direct and supervise photoshoots, video shoots, and film productions ensuring brand tonality, storytelling, and production quality meet world-class standards. Oversee the end-to-end creative process: from ideation, storyboard creation, and art direction to final execution. Collaborate closely with strategy, marketing, production, and client teams to ensure creative outputs are both effective and stunning. Ensure all visual and narrative outputs are cohesive, engaging, and in line with current aesthetic and cultural trends. Mentor and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team including graphic designers, copywriters, stylists, DOPs, and editors. Show more Show less
