Creative Designer & Visual Content Creator

We’re looking for a highly creative and strategic designer who can bring ideas to life through powerful visuals and videos.
Someone who understands trends, knows what performs well on social media, and creates scroll-stopping ads that tell stories and drive results.

You’ll work closely with our marketing team to turn brand goals and customer stories into visually stunning content — from social media posts and reels to ad campaigns and client case studies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality posters, social media creatives, and short videos for multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
• Develop trending video concepts that align with the latest social media formats.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm campaign ideas and ad concepts.
• Create visual case studies and success stories for customers that highlight impact and results.
• Understand client goals and translate them into creative, engaging visuals.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, motion graphics, and storytelling techniques.
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs and formats.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools.
• Ability to create motion graphics, short-form videos, and reels.
• Excellent visual sense, typography, and layout design skills.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and ad performance.
• Ability to think creatively and analytically — a mix of artist + strategist.
• Portfolio that showcases creativity, versatility, and real-world marketing impact.
