About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Designer who can handle both video editing and graphic design to lead the creative communication side of a product we’re building. This role needs someone who can translate ideas into visuals, tell stories through motion and design, and bring creative clarity to how the product is seen and understood.

You’ll work closely with the marketing and product teams to create compelling visuals, short-form videos, and other content that connects with our audience. It’s a hands-on role for someone who enjoys shaping how things look, feel, and communicate from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce short-form videos, reels, and explainer content for social media and product marketing.
• Design visual assets such as social media creatives, presentation decks, infographics, and product visuals.
• Collaborate with the internal product team to maintain brand consistency across all creative materials.
• Edit and optimize videos for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance user engagement and storytelling.
• Work independently on creative briefs while maintaining alignment with the team’s overall direction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in both video editing and graphic design.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, color, and motion.
• Ability to manage multiple creative projects and meet deadlines.
• A creative thinker with attention to detail and a strong visual sense.
• Experience with social media content creation or working with startups is a plus.
