• Moodboards, Styling, Storytelling, Visual Strategy

You will work directly with the founder and shape how India sees and feels HIPCASTLE.

What You Will Do

• Build and evolve HIPCASTLE’s

  brand aesthetic, tone, colours, typography, moodboards

• Create

  graphics, campaigns, reels, static posts, ads, and product visuals

• Plan and execute

  photo/video shoots

  (flatlay + lifestyle)
• Assist in

  product styling, packaging design, and creative ideas

• Support

  website UI/UX improvements

  with the tech and product team
• Maintain a clean, consistent, modern design language across all platforms
• Bring

  fresh, bold, experimental ideas

  suitable for a growing fashion startup

Who You Are

• A

  design lover

  who obsesses over visuals, mood, aesthetics, and storytelling
• Skilled in

  Graphic Design (Adobe Suite / Canva / Figma)

• Strong in

  visual styling, colour theory, and brand consistency

• Understands fashion, youth culture, and modern brands
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats — from graphic design to shoots to branding
• Eager to grow fast, take responsibility, and build something meaningful
• Someone who wants to be part of a
