The ideal candidate understands user psychology, growth marketing, and brand voice, and can adapt content across channels like Instagram, YouTube, Google UAC, Meta ads, and more. The ideal candidate also lives and breathes internet culture, trends, and behavioral triggers — and can turn product propositions into memes, skits, hooks, and reels that resonate at scale.
