  • Role Overview

Brand Strategist


  • Key Responsibilities:


  1. Brand Strategy & Development

  • Develop and refine brand guidelines, tone of voice, positioning and communication frameworks.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to identify brand opportunities.
  • Translate research insights into strong, actionable brand strategies.


  1. Creative Direction

  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure strategic alignment in campaigns, visuals, and storytelling.
  • Assist in crafting brand stories, positioning, taglines, and campaign concepts.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for digital content, marketing assets, and production projects.


  1. Marketing & Campaign Strategy

  • Create campaign roadmaps, content strategies, and brand activation plans.
  • Work closely with the social media and digital teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Monitor and optimize brand communication performance.


  1. Client & Internal Communication

  • Present brand strategies, proposals, and creative directions to clients and leadership.
  • Maintain strong coordination between branding, design, and production departments.


  1. Research & Trends

  • Stay updated with industry trends, consumer behaviour, digital innovations, and brand best practices.
  • Recommend fresh, creative approaches to keep the brand relevant and competitive.


  • Skills & Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Branding, Mass Media, Communication, or related field.
  2. 2–5 years of experience as a Brand Strategist, Brand Manager, or similar role (media/creative agency preferred).
  3. Strong understanding of branding principles, consumer psychology, and digital marketing.
  4. Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to convert complex insights into simple, impactful strategies.
  6. Creative thinker with analytical mindset.
  7. Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment.
