About The Role A Creatio Developer is responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing solutions using the Creatio platform to meet business requirements. This role involves developing and customizing business processes, integrating Creatio with third-party applications, and providing technical support to users. Additionally, a Creatio Developer collaborates with stakeholders to analyze requirements, optimizes system performance, and develops reports and dashboards within the Creatio environment. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and implement Creatio CRM solutions to meet business requirements. Develop and customize business processes using Creatio’s BPM engine. Integrate Creatio with third-party applications and services. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Creatio users. Conduct requirement analysis and translate business needs into technical solutions. Optimize system performance and ensure a seamless user experience. Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics within the Creatio environment. Stay updated with the latest Creatio updates, features, and best practices. Train end-users and stakeholders on Creatio functionalities and workflows. Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of Creatio solutions. Qualifications And Requirements Creatio Certification (e.g., Creatio Analyst, Developer, or Administrator certification). Proven experience working with Creatio CRM or Creatio Studio. Strong understanding of business process modeling and workflow automation. Experience in low-code/no-code development and system configurations. Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, REST API, and SOAP API for integrations. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
