Job Title: Customer Relations Executive (CRE) โ Service Job Summary: The CRE โ Service acts as the primary point of contact for customers during vehicle servicing. They ensure a smooth service experience by handling appointments, providing updates, resolving issues, and collecting feedback. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers with service inquiries. Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely delivery. Provide regular service status updates to customers. Address and resolve customer complaints. Conduct post-service follow-ups and collect feedback. Promote service offers and packages. Requirements: Strong communication and customer handling skills.
