Job Description

As a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE), your role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers in the banking or NBFC sector. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service. Key Responsibilities: - Interacting with customers to understand their needs and preferences - Assisting customers with account opening, loan applications, and other services - Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction - Cross-selling financial products and services to customers - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any stream - Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in banking or NBFC sector - Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach The company offers a competitive compensation package including a fixed salary and incentives.
