The Conga Administrator role involves maintaining and enhancing Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), CongaSign, and Salesforce CPQ solutions. You will configure and manage Conga CLM and CongaSign functionalities, ensuring seamless integration within the Salesforce environment. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will optimize system performance and streamline quoting processes using Salesforce CPQ. Your responsibilities will include providing support to business teams with meticulous attention to detail, researching and documenting findings, and configuring Conga CLM functionalities such as contract creation, negotiation, and lifecycle management. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Conga solutions and Salesforce integrations, as well as conduct training sessions for end-users. To excel in this role, you must possess proficiency in CongaSign administration, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities to work with diverse teams. Holding Salesforce Administrator and CPQ Specialist certifications would be advantageous, along with experience in Salesforce applications, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent business experience, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience and Salesforce.com Admin certifications. Familiarity with data loader tools, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Developer certifications is preferred.
