CPQ -Configit Consultant

Role Overview: You will be joining our team as a highly skilled CPQ Modeler with expertise in Configit / Configit Ace. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze product data, specifications, and engineering rules to define and lead CPQ model structures using industry best practices. Additionally, you will develop and support CPQ data models, optimize and refine CPQ models for performance enhancement, and lead a small team to ensure high-quality support and issue resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze product data, specifications, and engineering rules. - Define and lead CPQ model structures using industry best practices. - Understand and implement Sales BOM, EBOM, MBOM. - Develop and support CPQ data models with configuration structures and product rules. - Ensure completeness and accuracy of the CPQ model with input from the engineering team. - Optimize and refine CPQ models to enhance performance. - Redesign existing product models to improve efficiency. - Develop rules and scripts within the CPQ framework. - Demonstrate functional leadership and domain expertise. - Identify and implement continuous process improvement strategies. - Lead and manage a small team, ensuring high-quality support and issue resolution. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or a related discipline with 10+ years of relevant experience. - Proven experience in CPQ (Configure to Order) implementation as a CPQ modeler. - Experience with CPQ tools such as Tacton, Epicor, Conga, or similar platforms. - Preferable experience with PLM software like TeamCenter and variant management. - Exposure to data integration with tools like Salesforce, middleware, PIM, SAP, TeamCenter, NX. - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. - Excellent technical acumen and communication skills to articulate complex ideas effectively. - Ability to collaborate with technical teams for solution building and validation. - Preferably strong organizational and analytical skills with outstanding written and verbal communication.
