Job Description

1. Develop and oversee the project plan, including scope, timeline, budget, and resources. 2. Ensure alignment with national and international standards (e.g., IRC for highways, IRS for railways). 3. Oversee construction activities to ensure they meet quality standards, safety regulations, and timelines. 4. Approve construction methodologies, quality control plans, and work procedures. 5. Prepare and manage project budgets, cash flows, and financial reports. 6. Manage claims, variations, and contract disputes. 7. Liaise with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and local authorities for clearances and approvals. 8. Prepare progress reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management and stakeholders. 9. Lead and motivate cross-functional teams including engineers, planners, and contractors.
