Roles and Responsibilities Manage project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Oversee project monitoring and control activities to ensure timely completion within budget constraints. Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and issues related to projects. Develop and implement effective project management plans to achieve desired outcomes. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Desired Candidate Profile 18-28 years of experience in highways or similar infrastructure projects as a Project Manager/Chief Project Manager (CPM). B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil or M.Tech degree from a recognized university. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale highway construction projects from conceptualization to completion.
