CPL Delivery Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of

  CPL (Cost Per Lead)

  campaigns across multiple verticals.
• Oversee

  affiliate marketing operations

  — coordinate with affiliates and publishers to achieve lead targets.
• Ensure lead quality, compliance, and campaign performance meet client KPIs.
• Monitor delivery pacing, budget utilization, and optimize for better ROI.
• Analyze campaign data to identify performance gaps and optimization opportunities.
• Handle

  lead validation

  , troubleshooting, and rejection resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with

  publishers, affiliates, and ad networks

  .
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and account management teams for seamless campaign execution.
• Generate and present performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Key Requirements

• Industry:

  Must be from

  AdTech / Performance Marketing / Affiliate Marketing / Lead Generation

  industry.

• Experience:

  4+ years managing CPL or CPA campaign delivery and affiliate operations.

• Technical Skills:

• Hands-on with ad tracking & campaign platforms (HasOffers/TUNE, Affise, Everflow, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards.
• Knowledge of postbacks, tracking pixels, and API integrations.

• Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

Nice to Have

• Experience across multiple geographies and verticals (Finance, Education, Insurance, etc.)
• Familiarity with

  CRM and marketing automation tools

  (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Understanding of funnel optimization and lead lifecycle management.
