Manager-CPL Delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation strategy for affiliate programs, including awareness, acquisition & retention tactics to achieve program targets.

• Recruit new Affiliates, Partners, & Strategic partners.

• Monitor affiliate activity, analyse performance, identify areas of improvement, & recommend ways to increase affiliate generated revenues.

• Executes affiliate promotions & monitors success.

• Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives, & bonus offers on various affiliate platforms.

• Work closely with the team to develop annual affiliate campaign calendar & rollout plans.

• Builds relationships with affiliates & partners for more business, better placements & visibility.

• Proactively respond to & resolve affiliate inquiries & concerns.

• Relationship Development : Speak to client on regular basis and build good relationship • Compliance: keep a regular check on compliance set by merchant

• Targets: set targets with inputs from the affiliate team and work towards achieving the same.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in CPL (Web campaign) Delivery.

• Strong skills in campaign delivery for the India and WW geos.

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced delivery environment.
