We're looking for a resourceful, and highly organized Coworking Space Manager to help run our vibrant, community-focused workspace. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is excited about operations, community building, and making a real impact in a startup environment.
You don’t need years of experience—just strong people skills, initiative, and a willingness to learn. If you love keeping things running smoothly and enjoy being around motivated creators, freelancers, and entrepreneurs, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do1. Keep Our Space Running Smoothly. Make sure the space is clean, organized, and ready for members every day.
Handle basic facility tasks: checking supplies, coordinating with cleaners, arranging repairs, etc.
Help with meeting room bookings and daily space setup.
Troubleshoot small tech or Wi-Fi issues (we’ll teach you what you need to know!).
2. Deliver a Great Member Experience. Welcome members and guests with warmth and professionalism.
Give tours to potential members and help them find the right plan.
Onboard new members and make sure they feel at home.
Build personal relationships and foster a friendly, inclusive community.
Gather feedback and contribute ideas to improve the space.
3. Support Sales & Membership Management. Respond to inquiries and convert leads into members.
Keep member records updated in our management system.
Help with renewals, upgrades, and meeting room/event bookings.
Track occupancy and usage in simple reports.
4. Handle Basic Admin & Operations .Assist with invoices, payments, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Keep track of supplies, expenses, and vendor services.
Prepare short weekly or monthly summaries of activity.
Make sure everyone follows house rules and safety guidelines.
5. Help Grow Our Community. Support in planning small events, workshops, and networking sessions.
Create simple, authentic content: photos, updates, or announcements for social media.
Help maintain partnerships with local creators, businesses, and event hosts.

Education: No specific degree required. But must be good with communication skills.
Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer support, operations, student leadership, or event management is a bonus—but not required if you can demonstrate the skills.
