Job Description

Key Responsibilities: · Counsel students and parents on course options, program structures, career pathways, and enrollment procedures. · Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions via phone, email, in-person, or virtual platforms. · Understand student needs and recommend appropriate programs or courses. · Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available programs, and admission requirements. · Follow up with leads and prospective students to convert inquiries into enrollments. · Assist students with the application process and ensure timely document submission. · Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to improve lead quality and conversion. · Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student data in the CRM system. Participate in educational fairs, webinars, seminars, and outreach activities Serve as a point of contact for prospective students and their families via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
