Location - Mumbai or Pune • Lead all aspects of the firm's India operations, serving as the most senior leader in the region. • Build, manage, and scale a high-performing offshore team while fostering a culture of collaboration, quality, and accountability. • Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, resource management, process optimization, and team performance. • Serve as a strategic liaison between India and global leadership, ensuring operational alignment with firm-wide goals. • Support the delivery of M&A advisory services through effective coordination of modeling, financial due diligence, and related functions. • Maintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to firm-wide operational standards and best practices.
