Job Description

Objective:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage AP, AR, GL, Cost Control, and Treasury functions.
Build strong relationships with agencies, internal teams, and stakeholders.
Analyze KPIs, reports, and financial statements; drive process improvements.
Supervise audits, ensure compliance, and validate financial reporting.
Mentor and guide Executives/Sr Executives for full ownership of their tasks.
Lead discussions on discrepancies and support standardization initiatives.

Qualifications:

CA / ICWAI, or Graduate in Finance & Accounts

Experience:

8- 13 years of relevant hands-on experience in BPO/Shared Services; preferably in the Shipping Industry.
Extensive knowledge of Finance & Accounting processes; must have worked in at least two of AP / AR / GL processes.

Skills / Knowledge:

Finance & Accounting (AP, AR, GL, Cost Control, Treasury)
Industry Knowledge (Shipping preferred)
Financial Management Systems
Microsoft Office Suite
Process Standardization & KPI Analysis
