Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsibility for leading the team and its results.
  • Ensuring professional training and staff development.
  • Set goals for the team
  • Support and evaluate team members in set goals.
  • Team capacity planning - recruitment, adaptation.
  • Motivation of team members and their evaluation.
  • Responsibility for assigning and controlling team tasks and priorities.
  • Responsible for regular reporting of results.
  • Responsible for administration related to the running of the team.
  • Supervises compliance with internal processes.
  • Cooperation with other departments and support them.
  • Responsibility for continuous process improvement.
  • Cooperates with universities and external suppliers
  • Performing trainings.
  • Make sure that team is b eing up to date and maintain tolerance standards for plastic and metal compnents.
  • Actively participating design reviews, consulting reviews or other supporting activities link with topics Optics Tolerance Evaulation globally.
  • Developing of Internal methodology/procedures for Optics Tolerance evaluation and their improvement.
  • Support a development of internal tools/software in order to improve them.
  • Recalibration of simulation tools in compare of real part design to improve tools.
  • Cooperating with other departments in ordet to better understanding Optical and Mechanical concept
  • Understand Optical and Mechanical concept
  • Submitt and study Lessons Learnt link with optics tolerance.
  • Actively participating design reviews, consulting reviews or other supporting activities link with topic Sun Load Evaulation globally.
  • Developing of Internal methodology/procedures for Sun Load evaluation and their improvement.
  • Support a development of internal tools/software in order to improve them.
  • Recalibration of simulation tools in compare of real part design to improve tools
  • Cooperating with other departmen in order to better understanding Optical concept and Sun Load issues.
  • Understand Optical concept and Sun Load issues
  • Submitt, study Lessons Learnt link with Sun Load.
  • Fulfilling all tasks in time.
  • Make sure that team is follow legal regulations, work safety, intenal rules and other valid legislation norms.
  • Passing training and courses needed to obtain required knowledge.
  • Comply with the stated working hours, working conditions and other internal regulations of the employer.
  • Fulfilling other tasks of supervisor, unless in clash with the position.
  • Comply legal regulations for work safety, internal rules and other valid legislation norms.

Education

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT(S):

University Education - Bachelor or Master degree of Technical University or equivalent.

Experience Requirement(s)

  • English – advanced level (B1)
  • 3 years of experience in leading people
  • Basic knowledge about the Tools: Catia, Light Tools, (or similar)
  • International project experience
  • Experience in Automotive is preferred
  • Sun Load analysis
  • Tolerance, GD&T, Tolerance chain
  • Optics and Optics systems
  • Basic knowledge of Plastic material
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, Windows
